Heidi Haney is the Tipsy Gypsy, delivering custom bar services for weddings and events across the Olympic Peninsula and beyond! Heidi is a Founding Member of the Quimper Events Collective, a founding Board Member and current Treasurer.

What services does your business provide? Liquid catering – bar services of all kinds.
What are some of the benefits of working with you? What is unique about your business? We are a full service bar. When we say, “Be the guest. Let us pour the drinks,” we mean it. From dry hire to full service cash bars, we got you. We are also a Social Purpose Corp. which means we put our purpose over profit. Our purpose? The environment. We strive for zero waste weddings!
Who is your ideal client? What should potential clients know about working with you, or others in your industry? Our ideal client wants a bar that is fresh, exciting and full service. We want our client to call us, have a great consultation and not have to lift a finger or have any worries after that!
What would you like people to know about working with your specific niche? That we can do it all. When it comes to cocktails and full services bars, we are the experts. Trust us!
What are your top 3-5 recommendations for things to see, do, eat, or experience in Jefferson County? Where do you always take your out-of-town guests? See: Fort Worden, Chetzamoka Park, boat yards. Eat: Owl Sprit, The Fountain Cafe, Finistère Experience: Jefferson Co. Museum, PT Aero Museum, Sailing, drinking at all the tasting rooms!!!

If I weren’t doing this job, I’d be: Sailing, playing my flute, wine tasting and going to the beach with my awesome boyfriend and my super smart blue heeler!
